We'd be happy to have you call or e-mail our office if you would like more information
about orthodontics or schedule an appointment for a complimentary exam. Our goal at the examination appointment is to evaluate and determine the need for orthodontics, answer all of your questions, and for you to feel comfortable with our office. As a courtesy to you, we offer this exam appointment at no charge. If
orthodontic treatment is indicated, diagnostic records will be gathered so that Dr. Stark
can study the problems and develop the appropriate treatment plan. The diagnostic records
include photos, two x-rays, and study models. |
